Trans World Radio launches on Freesat in the UK

International Christian broadcaster Trans World Radio (TWR) has launched a UK-wide Freesat service to allow listeners to tune in to programmes 24 hours a day without having to pay a subscription. The new digital satellite TV and radio service from the BBC and ITV is one of many ways of listening to TWR in the UK, joining their broadcasts on Sky satellite channel 0138, online streaming and mediumwave and shortwave broadcasts.

I have been asking TWR UK about this and finally it’s happened;at least you can get TWR in crystal clear quality 24h a day across the UK and Europe from their Eurobird1 transponder regardless of whether you have Sky or Freesat, more UK intended stations should make their output free to air across Europe on satellite.
