I am pleased to report that the Weblog is now working normally again after a period of disruption, which was eventually traced to a faulty RSS feed. For the time being, there is no RSS feed of this blog, and the search facility has not yet been restored following the upgrade to a newer version of WordPress. But reading and editing is now possible without the excessive time delays of recent days, so we can again provide media news in a timely manner.
