Pac-10, a college sports conference which operates in the western United States, may soon be known by radio listeners in Eastern Europe and beyond. Pac-10 Commissioner Larry Scott held a conference media day in New York City this week, outlining his plans to expand coverage of the conference. He announced that the organisation will be re-named Pac-12, having added Colorado and Utah to its list of members.
Amongs other things, Mr Scott is planning to extend TV coverage of USC football to the UK. He added “I’m also working on an exciting AM/shortwave radio deal with Radio Free Europe. The Steve Sarkisian coach’s show is going to absolutely kill in Armenia!”.
