New website for 1395 AM goes live

The long-awaited new website for the Dutch transmitter on 1395 kHz ( branded as 1395 AM) has gone live. This website will replace the current website of KBC Radio, which contains a lot of out-of-date information. It isn’t clear whether it will also replace the Big L website in the UK, which is rarely updated these days, but the overnight programmes are promoted as ‘Big L International’ which suggests that the name KBC Radio is being phased out, although it has been in use since 1983. The new site includes an online store selling various products bearing the 1395 AM logo (as pictured here), and a facility for listeners to upload pictures of themselves.
