City 7 TV, a new channel from Dubai, launches today. The new channel is produced in the UAE with local content and targets English language viewers. It provides a combination of content filmed in the UAE and international programming purchased from outside of the region. The station says its programming will appeal to top business decision makers, young urban professionals, students, homemakers, children and tourists of Dubai.
