The independent TV station Libya Ahrar TV, hosted by the government of Qatar, will launch tomorrow (30 March) at 6.30 pm Libya time (1630 UTC) on Atlantic Bird 7.0°W 10930 Horizontal. You will see this widely advertised as Nilesat, which has three satellites co-located at the same orbital position.

Feed from Qatar for Nilesat is on Ekspress AM22 (53 degrees east), 12732 H, SR 2894, FEC 3/4, PIDs 308/256, MPEG-2/clear. Signal in Central Poland is pretty good.
