Kuwait issues tender for new mediumwave transmitter

According to  the Middle East Digital Production website the government of Kuwait has issued a tender for  the “Supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning & guarantee of 25 kW MW broadcasting system at Subbiya Radio Station.” I cannot find any additional information, but the website Kuwaittenders.com has an entry for 23 July for “Supply, installation and delivery of radio broadcasting system with 1,530kh [sic] frequency” which is probably the same one. I rejected the invitation to pay $750 for a subscription to find out :-)

radio broadcasting system with 1,530kh [sic] frequency.

I understand your irritation, I once got licences from the Dutch government for transmitting on 828, 1224, 1584 MHz. They apologized for this.
