IBB looking for sources of IPTV provision

The US Government Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Contracts (CON), is conducting a market survey to determine the existence of sources that have the ability to provide Internet Protocol Television (IPTV).

IPTV is defined herein to mean a system where a digital television signal is delivered by using Internet Protocol over a network infrastructure, which may include delivery by a broadband connection, instead of a system of program delivery via over-the-air and/or cable TV format.

This market survey is for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a request for proposal and is not considered a commitment by the government.
