The first Hmong satellite television station, currently known as Hmong Satellite TV, which will offer Hmong-oriented broadcasting 24 hours a day, launches from California on 4 February. The station was due to inaugurate service in mid-April, but the death of revered Hmong Army General Vang Pao on 6 January has led to the decision to bring forward the launch to 4 February to cover his funeral on 9 February.

To whomever this matter is concern:
Hello, My name is Mr. Michael Bauermeister (Shareholder of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc.). I would think that most of us include me are confuse what is going on Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. for the past several months until now all of getting a getting mix information or lack of information. I will try do my best to explain this with my best of ability. Mostly you can blame that on Kor Xiong, President of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and Kor Xiong’s lawyer.
Back in June of 2010 I meet Tou Lor and we start talking about ideas. After July, August, or September of the same year which I do not remember which month it was when he came back from one of his business trip from Wisconsin he told me about his idea about Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and how he meet his future business partners with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. I told him that was a good idea. For the next couple months he was very busy working on Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and talk little about some of his business partners on Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc.
Around October 2010 Tou ask me if I was interest of buying some his shares from Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. I told him are sure this company will make it and told me sure. I told him if I pull all my moneys from my 401 K it would be all my lifesaving and I would not have nothing else besides my unemployment’s money. I told him here are my conditions: 1. NO ILLEGAL STUFF 2. DO NOT RIP OFF PEOPLE 3. DO NOT DO ANY STUPID STUFF. Those things I will not tolerance period and Tou agree to my conditions. I also told him I will help you and anywhere I am needed as much I can with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. which I have become a free consultant for Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc.
After that Tou ask me if it is alright for me use my money on other things I reply, “If it is directly or indirectly connected with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. I said sure I have no problem with it.”
During the next couple of months after I invest all my lifesaving in some of Tou Lor’s Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc.’s shares. I started to hear from Tou that he is starting to have problems with his other business partners with Hmong Satellite T.V. Inc. Tou starting to ask more of my help and more I told him I have no problem with it. However Tou was getting more stress out from his other business partners with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and he was taken it out on me from time to time. We both argue from time to time and we stop talking from each other for couple days at a time. But we still friends consider I AM NOT TOU LOR STRESS AND I AM NOT TOU LOR’S STRESS. Around the end of year Tou Lor, his business partners of Hmong Satellite T.V. Inc., and I found out about General Vang Pao’s death and found out he was a civil rights leader for Hmong’s community around the world (Martin Lutheran King Jr. to African American community in the middle 20th century in United States’ history).
From that Tou Lor and his business partners with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. have to move up their time table for broadcasting Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. over satellite and Internet. During that time Tou Lor and his business partners for Hmong Satellite T.V. Inc. was getting ready to broadcast, during the broadcast, and after the broadcast of General Vang Pao’s Funeral is there was more and more problems from Tou Lor’s business partners with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. getting more stressful from this, taken it out on me, and more I got involve to help Tou Lor with Hmong Satellite T.V. Inc. After the funeral was over I found out from another web site after the funeral was over about a week or two later that the Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. has been broke up. So as a shareholder’s of Hmong Satellite T.V. Inc. I was flipping out what is going on (Because all my lifesaving went down the tube and all the work and stress I was taken to help with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. was wasted). Then I finally got hold of Tou over the phone and told what the hell is going on and he told me about one of his ex-business partner with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. (THAT HE HAVE TAKEN EVERYTHING FROM THE COMPANY, MY MONEY, AND BANKS ACCOUNTS) and his name was Kor Xiong told me all the stuff he did to Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. I told you better fix this or I will in one way or another.
So during March 2011 I was doing my own research and getting my own information from difference resources and find out what is going on. During that time Kor Xiong the formal business partner of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. was doing things to web site and told me some more information on my own. First thing I notice was on the home page said that Tou Lor is no longer the spoke person for Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc.
I was getting more angry (consider this guy screw me out my life saving and Tou Lor work he have put in the his company) about it and then start to see Kor Xiong did some others things to web site like having ads from Direct TV (It would be consider conflict of interest). Then I decide to do something about it I would say somewhere in the middle of the March I contact the web hosting company for Hmong Satellite T.V, Inc. I found a way to shut down the web site. I file a complaint as copyright issues and from that they have shut down the web site no problem
The end of March I told Tou that it you would not fix your mess I will. So after I done research and information from difference resources I found out that Kor Xiong of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. was doing all the stuffs and not the owner of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. The only way and the best way I handle to correct that Kor Xiong, Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. mess that he have done was do it thru the Federal Court System and a file civil suit toward Kor Xiong, President of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and NOT TOU LOR, OWNER CO-FOUNDER OF HMONG SATELLITE T.V., INC. It was consider what Kor Xiong, Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. was doing toward Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and where Kor Xiong, Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. is where living at and where I am living.
So consider I have no money beside unemployment and no lawyer (I am still piss off that Kor Xiong did and what he toke from me.) The only way to deal with is be my own lawyer and file civil suit toward and only Kor Xiong, President of Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc.
In April, Tou was flipping out about all over this and I told you remember if you don’t correct this matter I will. Then somewhere in April I got a letter from Kor Xiong’s Lawyer and told me that Kor Xiong was the true Owner of Hmong Satellite T.V, Inc. and Hmong T.V., L.L.C. ( Which you can tell he is try to cover up his mess and change around so Hmong Satellite T.V. Inc. to in another company so no one would tell Hmong T.V. is same Hmong Satellite T.V.) and among some other things I reply to him and send him something information he was asking from me. I give him all the information that he was asking and I also send a copy of a letter I receive in same week from my research in March from the State Attorney of Minnesota that Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. is locate in Minnesota and not from Wisconsin.
After I receive the first letter from his lawyer I did some research on Kor Xiong’s lawyer and found out he have no business get involved in this matter consider he was state’s level at Wisconsin and not federal’s level lawyer. I file a complaint toward him bar association in Nebraska, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. About a week later I receive another letter from Kor Xiong’s Lawyer and how I understand that Kor Xiong and Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. lawyer was no longer his lawyer and tell me you can do anything you want toward Kor Xiong. During that time frame Tou ask my help to get a lawyer and I told I can give you as much help I can.
Toward the end of April and on Tou finally got a hold on a lawyer in Minnesota. Tou Lor’s lawyer and I talk little bite and explain what is going on and I will give all the information I can give him. During those two month Tou Lor’s lawyer was getting confuse and did not understand why I can’t serve Kor Xiong and I explain and finally got him talk to one the Federal Courthouse clerk in Omaha and explain to him that is right. Also he is having problem getting hold of Kor Xiong and his Lawyer.
During the months of April, May, and June Tou Lor and I decide to start up another company which is call Hmong Free To Air, L.L.C. and which it was require all my attention. During that time period I decide to write a letter to the Judge and explaining what going on and I need this legal matter to speed up. During that time Kor Xiong was trying cover up his mess he had created by him by changing the name of the company and station in to Hmong T.V., L.L.C. from Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. and making a new web site call HmongTV and the web site address was http://www.hmongtv.us and at time being I could not do nothing about it because I was so busy help Tou Lor with the new company.
After I was done helping Tou setting up the new company and I was able to focus my attention on some other important matters that require my attention to do so. So for most part of June I have sent over 300 letters to the Judge asking to speed up the process and I was able to trace down the web hosting company for http://www.HmongTV.us and I file another copyright complaint and which they have shut down that web site. At end of June I finally got a reply from the Judge who have handle my complaint and dismiss.
After I receive that I was piss off that Judge will let this sign and this son of bitch get away will all this s**t and stole everything from the company include my lifesaving and all Tou Lor’s work with Hmong Satellite T.V., Inc. So I did some research and found out the Judge mess up the case and decide to file an appeal base off the Judge was mistake. After I file my appeal and went it thru. At same time Kor Xiong was able set up the same web site address with another hosting company from people who are saying they are working with Kor Xiong from an email I receive. At first I track down the hosting company and found out the web hosting company was locate outside United State. I start to think here is Kor Xiong is scare that I am able shut down his web site again and found he was right because those hosting company does not apply to United States’ copyright laws. Lucky for me I did more research and track down one of the hosting company’s DNS (In plain English that company change the web site number’s address in to a format that people know how to find it instead typing number web site address for more easy to remember and store that information one of their servers.) company which is located in United States and does comply with the copyright laws.
From doing so and reply back to email I open a big can of worms on me. During that two weeks of doing this mess thru emails and able turn the table around and point to Kor Xiong, President of Hmong Satellite T.V. Over the second to the last weekend of July Kor Xiong found a way to get the http://www.hmongsatellitetv.com back online after I shut down the website back in March. That where I am standing at right now.
This what my plan for this matter unless this matter is taken care of with the court approve or go to the court to fix this matter. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER I AM DETERMINE TO CORRECT AND FIX THIS MESS THAT KOR XIONG HAVE DONE TO HMONG SATELLITE T.V., INC.
I am willing to meet to anyone or all of you in person to deal with this matter. However due to my lack of money I don’t know I am able to travel and meet all you in person. However, if I am able find a way I am willing or you are willing meet me in person and talk about this matter more.
