Britain’s Channel Four has provoked a storm of criticism by inviting Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to deliver a televised Christmas message. The Israeli ambassador in London says it is inconceivable that someone who denies the Holocaust should be given a forum on British television and British gay rights groups have slammed what they describe as the Iranian leader’s ridiculous views.
At Christmas, Channel Four traditionally invites a controversial figure to give a speech as an alternative to the BBC’s traditional broadcast of the Queen’s Speech. In his message, President Ahmadinejad hits out at the United States by saying that if Jesus were alive today, he would support those who oppose expansionist powers.

He is absolutely correct about where jJesus would have stood on the social issues of our time.I believe that Jesus would have been marginalized or ridiculed, at the very least. His entire message has been distorted by the talking suits who are spinning us to death.
