BBC Worldwide Channels Asia will see two of its new channels, BBC Entertainment and BBC Lifestyle, launch on South Korea’s SK Broadband platform tomorrow, with the deal marking the first time BBC Lifestyle has been broadcast in South Korea.
SK Broadband is a Seoul-based Korean telecommunications company, one of the largest providers of high-speed broadband internet access in South Korea. It is a ‘triple-play’ communications company with Internet (IP) television (Broad & TV), VoIP and broadband Internet.
