RFE/RL Azerbaijani service and VOA now on Turksat

The Azerbaijani service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty has begun broadcasting via Turksat in a bid to circumvent Azerbaijan’s ban on domestic FM broadcasts by foreign-owned radio stations.
